Please follow these recommendations in order to troubleshoot your installation:
- Go to the website and click the Add to Slack button, in order to refresh the authorization token
- Ask the admin to go to the dashboard (organization page) to check the installation and to reconnect the bot (as defined in number 1)
- Remove the bot and add him again
- Please make sure you Installed the Bot and you Added into a Team in your Microsoft Teams workspace
- Please make sure you have DailyBot as a contact, send any message to the bot in a private message, if necessary type "enable" to enable or re-enable the bot in case you disabled it in the past
- If you have problems with finding channels or users from your team, please try removing the bot from the Team, and then adding it again to that Team
- Please make sure that DailyBot was added manually to the Hangouts Chat workspace
- Chat to him, in order to see if the bot is responding, if DailyBot does not respond, please remove and invite again, then chat to him
